Before ANY strategy, you need a goal. My two main goals this year:
1️⃣ Maintain my presence WITHOUT burnout.
2️⃣ Use Instagram to drive steady traffic to my website & products.

That means I’m NOT chasing virality or rapid growth. Instead, I’m focusing on a sustainable schedule.

For me, this is what that looks like:
📌 3 posts/week (2 Reels + 1 Carousel)
📌 Minimal hands-on effort so I can focus on YouTube & courses
📌 Strategic CTAs to drive traffic & sales

Growth is great, but I’m in a season where balance is better. 🙌
