Okay, okay, here’s the reason why…
Coffee isn’t just an aesthetic. It’s me. I love the ritual of my morning latte (yes, I make my own syrups because it’s fun to me). So it naturally made its way into my content.
Why? Because creating from your real life is sustainable. I’m already making coffee, so filming it doesn’t add stress, it saves time. Especially as a mom, I need more content that fits into my day-to-day routine.
This is what I’m experimenting with and teaching: weaving content into your routine so it feels authentic and doable. That’s the secret to staying consistent without burning out.
