Manage your email notification settings in Sonetel

Select what types of emails you want to receive from Sonetel – and which you don’t. Settings are available in the Sonetel web app here: https://app.sonetel.com/messages/settings/email-notifications

Offline chat notifications: Keep this on to get notified about new conversations when you’re offline. Turn it off if you’d rather not receive these emails.

Product updates: Stay up to date with the latest features and improvements by keeping this enabled. You can disable it if you prefer not to get these updates.

Promotional offers: To receive special offers and discounts, leave this on. If promotions aren’t your thing, simply turn it off.

Sonetel news: Stay informed about what’s happening at Sonetel by keeping this option enabled. You can turn it off if you prefer not to receive these updates.
