Let’s talk about burnout. 🥲
Mine showed up when I was stuck in the cycle of overworking, overproducing, and pretending I could “handle it all.”
Here’s what’s actually helped me:
1️⃣ Stopping to listen to my body DAILY!
2️⃣ Learning how to deal with stress itself, not just the things that cause it.
That second one is a game-changer. Stress hangs out in your body like an unpaid tenant, so you’ve gotta evict it (every single day).
For me, one of the ways to get stress out of my body was by running. Not because I suddenly loved cardio, but because it gave my body a way to physically release all the junk it was holding onto.
